Privacy notice
How your information is handled when you get in touch with Bromley Fencing.
Who we are
This website belongs to Bromley Fencing, run by James. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email bromleyfencing1@gmail.com or call 07763 677896.
What this website collects
This website does not have a contact form, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set cookies.
The message builder on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. It only prepares a message for you to send through WhatsApp or your own email app. Nothing you type there is sent to or stored by this website.
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may keep short term technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
When you contact James
If you get in touch by WhatsApp, phone or email, James will receive the details you choose to share. That usually means your name, phone number or email address, your postcode or address, a description of the job and any photos you send.
This information is used to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
WhatsApp and email are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to messages sent through them.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the reasons above, including any records that need to be kept for tax or accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email bromleyfencing1@gmail.com and James will help.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
